REFUND POLICY

LONDON LIFESTYLE COMPANIONS

GENERAL PRINCIPLE

LONDON LIFESTYLE COMPANIONS aims to provide a premium service experience supported by transparent payment practices.

As our standard business model generally requires payment upon completion of services rather than advance payment, refund situations are expected to be rare.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • No deposit is required;

  • No advance payment is required;

  • No recurring membership fee applies;

  • Payment is collected after the agreed service has been provided.

Clients are encouraged to raise concerns immediately during or following a booking.

WHEN REFUNDS MAY BE CONSIDERED

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Administrative billing errors;

  • Duplicate charges;

  • Significant failure to provide agreed services due solely to Company error;

  • Unauthorised payment processing.

Each request will be assessed individually.

EXCLUSIONS

Refunds will not ordinarily be available where:

  • Services have been delivered substantially as agreed;

  • Dissatisfaction relates to subjective expectations;

  • Personal compatibility expectations are not met;

  • A booking is ended early at the Client's request;

  • The Client breaches Company policies;

  • Services are terminated due to inappropriate conduct.

REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

Any refund request must:

  • Be submitted in writing;

  • Include booking details;

  • Include the reason for the request;

  • Be submitted within 48 hours of the relevant booking.

INVESTIGATION PROCESS

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Review communications;

  • Examine booking records;

  • Obtain statements from relevant personnel;

  • Request additional information.

A decision will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Clients agree to contact the Company before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Where a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or unjustified, the Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of:

  • Outstanding sums;

  • Administrative costs;

  • Professional fees;

  • Legal expenses where recoverable.

FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect Clients and the Company, we reserve the right to verify identity, payment details, and booking information before addressing any refund request.

Fraudulent claims may be reported to the appropriate authorities where legally required.
