1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between LONDON LIFESTYLE COMPANIONS ("the Company") and any individual or organisation ("the Client") requesting, booking, or receiving services from the Company.
By making an enquiry, booking a service, accessing the website, or engaging with the Company, the Client agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
LONDON LIFESTYLE COMPANIONS provides premium companionship, social engagement, lifestyle accompaniment, event attendance, travel accompaniment, hospitality attendance, and related social services.
The Company provides introductions and lifestyle companionship arrangements intended solely for lawful purposes.
The Company does not endorse, facilitate, encourage, or participate in any unlawful activity.
3. CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
To use our services, Clients must:
Be at least 18 years of age;
Possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
Provide accurate and truthful information;
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Company may request identity verification before confirming a booking.
4. RESERVATIONS AND BOOKINGS
All bookings are subject to:
Availability;
Internal approval;
Verification procedures;
Operational requirements.
The Company reserves the unrestricted right to refuse any booking request.
No booking shall be considered confirmed until expressly accepted by the Company.
5. FEES AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed:
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services;
No deposits are ordinarily required;
No recurring subscriptions are charged;
Payment may be accepted via card payment, contactless payment, POS terminal, or other approved methods.
The Client remains responsible for all agreed charges.
Failure to make payment may result in legal recovery action.
6. EXPECTATIONS OF CONDUCT
Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and professional manner.
The following conduct is prohibited:
Harassment;
Aggressive behaviour;
Discrimination;
Threatening conduct;
Intoxication resulting in unsafe behaviour;
Requests for unlawful activities;
Unauthorised recording or photography.
The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate services where inappropriate conduct occurs.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
Discretion is fundamental to our business.
Clients agree not to disclose:
Companion identities;
Personal information;
Booking details;
Internal business practices.
The Company similarly undertakes to maintain confidentiality regarding Clients except where disclosure is legally required.
8. CANCELLATIONS
Clients should provide reasonable notice of cancellation whenever possible.
Repeated cancellations, non-attendance, or disruptive behaviour may result in future bookings being refused.
The Company reserves the right to cancel services where safety, legal, operational, or reputational concerns arise.
9. LIABILITY
The Company shall not be liable for:
Personal incompatibility;
Subjective dissatisfaction;
Indirect losses;
Consequential damages;
Business interruption;
Third-party actions.
Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, branding, logos, text, images, and materials remain the exclusive property of LONDON LIFESTYLE COMPANIONS unless otherwise stated.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
